Service Agreement
By engaging with ACE Kitchens, you agree to our standard service terms, which encompass corporate events catering, F&B consulting, program management, commercial space F&B setup, and corporate canteen management. The scope of services is outlined in individual contracts and agreements. The exact scope of delivery will be followed as per the Agreement. Any deviation or special requests have to be officially conveyed and confirmed by e-mail.
Payment Terms
Payments for our high-end services are due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges. ACE Kitchens reserves the right to withhold services for overdue accounts.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of services must be communicated in writing within the stipulated timeframe specified in the agreement. Cancellation charges may apply based on the proximity to the event or service date.
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, images, and designs, on the ACE Kitchens website is the intellectual property of ACE Kitchens and may not be used without explicit permission.
Liability
ACE Kitchens is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the provision of services, including but not limited to food-related allergies, damages to property, or unforeseen circumstances impacting the event.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information regarding dietary restrictions, event logistics, and any other pertinent details crucial for service delivery.
Privacy Policy
ACE Kitchens respects the privacy of our clients. Personal information shared with us is handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of service delivery.
Force Majeure
ACE Kitchens is not responsible for events beyond our control that may hinder service delivery, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ACE Kitchens operates.
Updates to Terms
ACE Kitchens reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement with our services implies acceptance of the revised terms. They can visit this page for such updates too.
